WebCE.com Update- Seniors and Annuities

So, I've been taking my first CE class on Senior Suitability (3 hours) and it's been interesting to learn more about annuities. It is definitely a smart way to lean toward with your retirement in mind. Just am working on my step one ($1,000 in my savings). Hopefully by the end of the summer. Then, I will start my other financial goals. Like Dave Ramsey says, baby steps. Oops tangent... I wanted to let everyone know I made an 84% on my first course. So, twenty-one (21) hours to go by 9/30/2009. Just pacing myself! Oh the fun of online courses!

Five Languages of Love

This book, The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman, was introduced to me at the beginning of a relationship a few years back. While cleaning my room, actually my closet, I found it again. I read it half way through and by that time I had my ah hah moment. But, I had not taken the test at the end of the book. So, I did the test in the book and here are my results from the book quiz:

Physical Touch > 8
Words of Affirmation > 8
Acts of Service > 7
Quality Time > 5
Receiving Gifts > 2

At the bottom is an online quiz that I took. It is kinda close. So, what does all this mean? It means this is how you like to be loved, well how I like to be loved are the results. When I am in a relationship, I like physical touch and Word of encouragement/compliments. If anyone would like to take the online quiz, it is at http://edified.org/myspace/lovelanguage. See where you fall in the language of love. What is really important to know is where your partner falls in the five languages too. Because they might be a person who likes Quality Time or Words of Affirmation more that the Physical Touch or Gifts. It knowing what they like so that you fill their bucket of love with the right love.

If you like learning on how to improve yourself, try this book. It is published for different situations like children or singles.

Wow! I just used this site and it worked for me! Amazed. I have to complete my24 hours of CE's for my Life/Health/Annuity License by 9/30/2009. Went to church in Penscacola

There were a few speakers and they really brought the spirit that day on Father's Day.

Speaker One
Acting what we know we should do. To be christ like. Be ready to live. Christ like lives don't just happen. Constant pratice and learn from mistakes. Along the way we seek from the masters. Improve our lives... Temporal and spiritual... Wherefore be of good cheer for I the Lord will be with you....for I the Lord am with u. We will be able to find the strength and to rise above the moment and see the eternal view. Remember that Christ will stand by us. Improve each day and this way we honor our Heavenly Father.

Speaker Two
Heavenly Father.... We all have a Heavenly Father. Act17:29, Luke speaks about father of spirit......In Matthew, Jesus Christ walking on sea. Spirit looks like your body. He said, "Be of good cheer, it is I".

How do we know who is Heavenly Father. It was passed along from Adam and Eve to their children until it could be recorded. Our father is like us. He looks like his son. In 3 Nephi11 people heard the voice of Heavenly Father. It peirced their heart and the people looked up toward heaven. Heavenly Father is saying behold my son. When our father speaks it will make our whole frame alert. Will see meek and lonely in heart a caring man. Jesus Christ did everything that his Heavenly Father would have done if he were on earth. In the eternal perspective of things Heavenly Father will have everything work out. It's a perfect plan.. Remember he will never lie to us. Those things that happen on earth is because our choices we make. Remember and be like him. Trust in his teachings and his son's. We have a faithful Heavenly Father. Let us chose him. Follow the Savior and everything will workout. He wants you to succeed. He wants you back. No matter how many times you make
a mistake Heavenly Father is always here to help you up. Always go to Heavenly Father in prayer.

It was a great meeting in Pensacola, FL. I'm glad that I took the opportunity to go to church that morning. It felt great to be there that day. It was uplifting.
